The Brain Factory

The Brain Factory delivers Microsoft Dynamics AX, ERP, MES, PDM, and PLM software services for business process optimization. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Brain Factory is based in Danbury, Connecticut. Their site is brainfactoryusa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know The Brain Factory well, your review carries weight here.
