The Bowsprit Group

The Bowsprit Group is a consulting firm that offers operations management, business solutions advocacy & business process modeling services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Information Services and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Bowsprit Group is based in Sacramento, California and around since 1995. You can read more at thebowspritgroup.com.
