The BellWether Group

The BellWether Group is an IT firm that offers platform development, integration, data science, big data analytics, ICS, and IoT services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data, Data Center Automation and Internet of Things, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The BellWether Group is based in Millersville, Maryland. You can read more at thebellwethergroup.io.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
