Thanhauser Computer Services

Thanhauser computer services is a consultancy firm that provides IT, cloud and managed services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, IaaS and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Thanhauser Computer Services is based in Morgantown, Pennsylvania and around since 1995. You can read more at tcstechsupport.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Thanhauser Computer Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
