Thacker Grigsby Communications

Thacker Grigsby is a telecommunications company providing telephone and internet services to eastern kentucky. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Telecommunications and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Thacker Grigsby Communications is based in Hindman, Kentucky and founded in 1919. Their site is tgtel.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
