TextOre

TextOre specializes in the development of software solutions for defense and commercial analytics, social media and political risk analysis. Put simply, it is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. They also list Analytics, Data Mining and Social Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TextOre is based in Fairfax, Virginia. Their site is textore.net.

Our checklist for this category: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
