TextAim

TextAim is a cloud-based communications company that allows back and forth conversations with customers by text. The job it does: replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

Who is it for? Mostly every team. They also list Cyber Security, Messaging and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
