Texifter

Texifter offers cloud-based solutions to reduce the cost of managing large volumes of unstructured text documents. Put simply, it is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

The natural audience is social and community managers. They also list Natural Language Processing, Search Engine, Social Media Management and Text Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Texifter is based in Amherst, Massachusetts and around since 2009. Their site is texifter.com.
