TestGenius

TestGenius offers online and installed skills testing software for educational and pre-employment assessment. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. They also list Skill Assessment and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TestGenius is based in Folsom, California. Their site is testgenius.com.
