Terra

Terra app coordinates property services for Airbnb hosts and recently relocated homeowners. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Software, Property Management and Real Estate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Terra is based in Dallas, Texas and founded in 2014. Their site is terra-app.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
