TeraSci Industries

TeraSci Industries offers software development and equipment design services based on data analysis-driven test systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Electronics and Technical Support. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TeraSci Industries is based in Huntington Beach, California and founded in 1996. More on terasci.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
