Terabot

Here is Terabot in plain terms. Blockchain, Bots, Codeless, Chat Bot, Rewards, Alexa. In practice that means answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

The natural audience is support teams with high volume. Alongside the main category they mention Blockchain, Chatbot, Messaging and Mobile. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Terabot is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at terabot.io.

Things worth asking about: training sources, accuracy on your own docs, and escalation paths. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Terabot well, your review carries weight here.
