Tener Technologies

Tener Technologies is an information technology service provider company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tener Technologies is based in Southfield, Michigan. Their site is tenertech.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tener Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
