Telx Computers

Telx Computers is an IT Company specializing in managed network and computer solutions for business institutions and government entities. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Professional Networking, Security, VoIP and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Telx Computers is based in Miami, Florida. Their site is telxcomputers.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
