Telow

Here is Telow in plain terms. Gain Actionable Intelligence for Your Business Through AI. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Software Engineering. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Telow is based in Washington, District of Columbia. More on telow.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
