TELEGRID Technologies

TELEGRID Technologies is a disruptive forward-moving company that provides drone package delivery-as-a-service. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Communication Hardware, Delivery Service, Drones and Same Day Delivery. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TELEGRID Technologies is based in East Hanover, New Jersey. You can read more at telegrid.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TELEGRID Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
