Tek Ninjas

Tek Ninjas develops and delivers innovative technologies in web, app development, cloud and mobility along with a professional service. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Tek Ninjas is based in Lewisville, Texas. You can read more at tekninjas.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Tek Ninjas, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
