Tecom Group

Tecom Group is a computer software company offering broadcasting and telecommunications software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Tecom Group is based in Melbourne, Florida. More on tecomgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tecom Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
