Techsearch

Techsearch is a human resources company that specializes in placing sales and executive leaders in the software sector. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

Who is it for? Mostly HR teams and growing companies. Related areas on their profile: Human Resources, Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Techsearch is based in Springfield, New Jersey. Their site is techsearchllc.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Techsearch, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
