Techs4Biz

Techs4Biz offers businesses with software solutions that enable them to automate and manage their projects and processes. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Techs4Biz is based in Hauppauge, New York and founded in 1999. Their site is pervidi.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Techs4Biz, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
