Technologies Services & Solutions

Technology Services & Solutions is a company that offers automated data collection solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Data Collection and Labeling and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Technologies Services & Solutions is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Their site is teamtss.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Technologies Services & Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
