TechniPros

TechniPros provides systems integration, offshore outsourcing, recruiting, consulting, and contract services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Recruiting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

TechniPros is based in Addison, Texas. You can read more at technipros.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
