Techkoncept Solutions

Techkoncept Solutions provides IT training, certification, and software solutions. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Techkoncept Solutions is based in Dublin, Ohio and founded in 2016. Their site is techkoncepts.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
