Tech Wave Group

Tech Wave Group is an IT company that offers network and security, web design, hosting, and custom software application services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Mobile Apps, Network Security, Web Design and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tech Wave Group is based in Dedham, Massachusetts. You can read more at techwavegroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Tech Wave Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
