Tech Chief

Tech Chief provides internet and data security products to business, government and educational organizations. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, Government, Internet of Things and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tech Chief is based in Spring, Texas. You can read more at techchief.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
