Taurus Technologies

Taurus Technologies is an IT company that provides video conferencing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Telecommunications and Video. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Taurus Technologies is based in Lubbock, Texas and founded in 2003. More on taurustechinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Taurus Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
