Tapple, Inc.

Tapple, Inc. is a custom software development company. The mobile-first, interactive platform built to turn mass marketing into smart messaging. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tapple, Inc. is based in Woburn, Massachusetts. Their site is tapple.io.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
