Tapose

Tapose is a mobile application that lets the user take and combine notes. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Collaboration, iOS and Mobile. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tapose is based in Mclean, Virginia. More on tapose.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Tapose well, your review carries weight here.
