Tanganika

Tanganika is a website design and web development company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tanganika is based in New York, New York and around since 2002. More on tanganika.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tanganika, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
