Tandem Concepts

Tandem Concepts is an information technology firm that automates supply chain operations through services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tandem Concepts is based in Charleston, South Carolina. More on tandemconcepts.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tandem Concepts, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
