TalleTen

TalleTen offers system analysis, business process modeling, SaaS implementation, automation development, and system administration services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TalleTen is based in Westchester, Illinois and founded in 2003. More on talleten.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with TalleTen, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
