TalkFree

TalkFree is a mobile app developer specializing in affordable phone communication applications, using VoIP. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Public Relations and VoIP. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TalkFree is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is talkfree.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TalkFree well, your review carries weight here.
