Talevation

Talevation is a provider of skills testing, behavioral assessment and employee engagement solutions. Put simply, it is about controlling who can log in to what, with single sign-on and MFA.

Who is it for? Mostly IT and security teams. Alongside the main category they mention Database, Identity Management and Software Engineering. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Talevation is based in Carmel, Indiana. Their site is talevation.com.

Things worth asking about: app catalog coverage, provisioning, and audit logs. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
