TalentSight

TalentSight offers a all-in-one IT talent sourcing platform built for HR agencies and recruiters. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TalentSight is based in Middletown, Delaware. More on talsight.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with TalentSight, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
