Tailplane

Tailplane is a modern flight school scheduling and operations SaaS platform. Put simply, it is about building staff schedules and letting people swap shifts without chaos.

Who is it for? Mostly retail, hospitality and healthcare teams. They also list Scheduling and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
