Tadpole Collective

Tadpoles specialize in WordPress & CiviCRM website development for non-profits. Put simply, it is about keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Related areas on their profile: CRM, E-Commerce, Web Design and Web Development. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tadpole Collective is based in Brooklyn, New York. More on tadpole.cc.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
