Tactual Labs

Tactual Labs is an innovator in human-computer interaction technology. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware and Human Computer Interaction. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tactual Labs is based in New York, New York. Their site is tactuallabs.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tactual Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
