T-Minus Solutions

T-Minus Solutions offers custom software development for startups and mid-market companies, focusing on strategic project launches. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development and Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

T-Minus Solutions is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at tminussolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
