Systran

Systran provides performance and compliance products along with custom learning solutions and training to businesses and industries. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Compliance, E-Learning and Training. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Systran is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is systraninc.com.
