Systems Associates

Systems Associates is a developer of software and hardware solutions for maintenance and energy management. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Energy Management and Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Systems Associates is based in Bowling Green, Ohio. More on saicorporate.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Systems Associates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
