System Check

System Check is a technology firm that conducts research and development projects and connects people with technology. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Developer Platform, Logistics, Market Research, Mobile Apps and Product Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

System Check is based in Fort Washington, Maryland. Their site is thesystemcheck.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
