Sysmethod

Sysmethod is an IT consulting and software development services company that specializes in automation, IT consulting, and managed services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, Consulting and IT Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sysmethod is based in Lewes, Delaware. You can read more at sysmethod.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
