Syntech Group

Syntech Group offers IT solutions such as cloud data migration, Microsoft 365 services, cybersecurity, data storage, and network assessment. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, Cyber Security, Data Storage, IT Management and Network Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Syntech Group is based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. More on syntechgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Syntech Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
