Syngent offers services in the application, data analytics, cloud, managed security, and unified communications. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Analytics, Cloud Management, Consulting, Infrastructure and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
