SyncIDS

SyncIDS is a service and software company that organizes all things IDS. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management and Legal. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SyncIDS is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is syncids.com.
