SymTrend

SymTrend is a software tool for patients to communicate their symptoms and events to their clinician. The job it does: scheduling, records, billing and compliance for clinics and providers.

Who is it for? Mostly practices and healthcare organizations. They also list Health Care and mHealth, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Things worth asking about: HIPAA posture, EHR integration, and billing support. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
