Switchboard Live

Switchboard is a live stream management platform (LSM). In practice that means scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

It makes the most sense for social and community managers. They also list Brand Marketing, Content Syndication, Digital Media, Media and Entertainment and Social Media Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Switchboard Live is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and founded in 2016. More on switchboard.live.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
