Swift Pace Solutions

Swift Pace Solutions is a Dallas-based IT services company that offers managed staffing, cloud services, app development, and ERP solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Information Services and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Swift Pace Solutions is based in Irving, Texas and founded in 2013. Their site is spsolinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
