SWEVEN

Sweven is an innovative marketplace built for facility maintenance management, connecting businesses and vendors across the U.S. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. They also list Building Maintenance, Construction, Facilities Support Services, Facility Management and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

SWEVEN is based in Orlando, Florida. You can read more at swevenbpm.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SWEVEN, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
