SVD Solutions

SVD Solutions is a software company that provides IT strategic planning, cyber security, technical support, and consulting services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting and Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SVD Solutions is based in Ranson, West Virginia. More on svdsols.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SVD Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
